Actually I like that you accepted my order and delivered in short notice. But I feel that the picture on the website is different than the delivered. Also I found difficulties in following up my order. As you know this is an online service so you need to make the customer feel that here is there, I missed to see my order physical photo, my message to the receiver. I mean what I sent a gift to someone and I don't know how it looks like! Anyway, thank you for the good service which I wish to be improved and I will use you service again.

Flowers were ordered as a birthday gift for a lady. Delivery time was as promised -- but half the flowers were wilted. Very disappointing! The birthday lady immediately called the florist and complained. The florist then replaced the flowers. That prompt polite replacement of defective merchandise was excellent & commendable -- but it should never have been necessary in the first place. Overall, a mixed bag. I am glad the birthday lady finally got a very nice floral gift, but feel badly that she had to complain to get the flowers she had been promised -- not much of a gift! When one is outside Bahrain ordering flowers to be delivered to someone in Bahrain, there has to be trust that the florist will deliver the illustrated flowers on the promised schedule. That trust has now been shaken. And it is always difficult to rebuild trust once it has been lost.
