I have ordered the flowers for an anniversary occasion... the flowers were not delivered until I did a follow up on the website and by Email and they delivered them at 21:00... I was planning expecting better service...

Actually I like that you accepted my order and delivered in short notice. But I feel that the picture on the website is different than the delivered. Also I found difficulties in following up my order. As you know this is an online service so you need to make the customer feel that here is there, I missed to see my order physical photo, my message to the receiver. I mean what I sent a gift to someone and I don't know how it looks like! Anyway, thank you for the good service which I wish to be improved and I will use you service again.
